Our Educational Philosophy

Child Land Group operates both nursery schools and senior care facilities. By creating opportunities for interaction between young children and the elderly, we foster mutually enriching connections: seniors receive vibrant energy and joy from the children, while our children develop a deep sense of empathy and compassion.
We operate a total of eight nursery schools located across Western Tokyo, Kawasaki, and Yokohama. We’ve cultivated a nurturing environment where children, while cherishing their identity as Japanese individuals, also learn English as a global common language. This approach prepares them to confidently spread their wings across the globe in the future.

Group’s Childcare Philosophy

Fostering Creativity and Autonomy Through Play

Cultivating Compassion

Nurturing Individuality

Fostering Global-Mindedness

Both English—the global language—and Japanese, our mother tongue, are essential.
In our daily routines, children engage in both English and Japanese. English-speaking staff interact with children in English, while Japanese staff speak with them in Japanese.
Our goal is to help children become confident and comfortable using both languages in their everyday lives.
